I hereby request Almond Communications (‘Almond”) to provide Web Services selected above in the accompanying online order form. I authorize Almond to charge the above-listed address for the web service(s) selected above as per the billing rates provided. I understand that the billing rates are subject to change with a 30-day notification in writing. The aforementioned shall remain in effect until the indicated expiry date or Almond receives a one-month notice in writing from me or sends me a one-month notice in writing canceling my subscription. I understand that payments are due with order or by the expiry date of the respective subscription (s).

All services shall be used for lawful and proper purposes only and always subject to our acceptable Use policy (AUP) - see tab on this page. Through Almond’s services, I may have access to Chat Areas, Bulletin Boards, Web Pages, email, or other Services that enable me to send or post materials ("content") and make that content available to others. I agree not to submit, publish, or display on the Internet any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, infringing, or threatening content. In addition, I shall not submit, publish, or display any content that violates any Federal, State, or Local Law. I agree that I am solely responsible for the content I make accessible through the Internet. I understand I may not use the Service to assist any other person or entity to violate any Local or International Laws, Ordinances or Regulations.

I also understand that in case of my canceling of this agreement within thirty (30) days upon sign up, Almond shall reimburse my un-utilized funds (except for domain registration), less 30% administration charge. No refunds or reimbursements shall be made for purchases done of special or promotional offers or after thirty (30) days after sign up or of/for renewal payments. I also agree that orders and payments for service renewals is a confirmation that this contract in toto remains in effect with all attendant obligations. If the services expire and are not renewed, the contract shall be deemed terminated, expect for any unsettled pending items which must be cleared within thirty (30) days after expiry of the contracted services. Any collections necessary shall be carried out at the client’s cost and expense.

Almond and the undersigned agree that, once signed and submitted, this agreement is mutually and legally binding.

I hold Almond, its employees, associates and partners harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages and/or expenditures suffered by and/or incurred by me arising out of, or in any way related to my use of Almond’s Web Services.
